Pool Equipment Screen

Unsightly appliances and other necessary items like trash bins can present opportunities to beautify the yard. This screen was built to conceal the pool equipment in the back yard. A Japanese wood burning method called shou-sugi-ban was applied to the wood to pull out the natural beauty of the wood grain. Two coats of stain + polyurethane provide a long lasting, beautiful finish.

A black steel edge forms a crisp, clean border while polished egg rocks and blue planters add a finishing touch.
